Privacy Policy
For 11:11 (the “App”), a word-search puzzle game.
Effective date: 1 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is published by Amaku Solutions Ltd (“we,” “us”). By using the App you agree to this policy.
The short version: You can play the entire game without giving us any personal information. We only receive data if you choose to take part in the online leaderboard. We do not show ads, we do not sell your data, and you can delete your leaderboard data at any time from within the App.
1. Information We Collect
Information you choose to provide
- Display name. If you opt in to the leaderboard, you may set a display name (3–24 characters). This name is shown publicly next to your scores. You are not required to use your real name, and we recommend you don’t.
Information created when you use the leaderboard
- Anonymous account identifier. To submit scores we create an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication. This is a random identifier (a “UID”). It is not linked to your email, phone number, name, or any social account, and we do not ask you to sign in.
- Game scores and related stats. When you complete a qualifying game we may submit your score, the puzzle/world or theme played, words found, and the time taken, associated with your anonymous identifier and display name.
- App integrity tokens. We use Firebase App Check (Google Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on Apple devices) to confirm requests come from a genuine, unmodified copy of the App. This helps protect the leaderboard from tampering. These tokens are not used to identify or track you.
Information stored only on your device
Your single-player progress — unlocked levels, star ratings, in-game “Cosmic Dust” balance, and your settings (sound, haptics) — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect or receive it. It is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data. If you buy Cosmic Dust, the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we keep only a local record of the transaction on your device and never receive your payment details.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers — the App contains no ads.
- No payment information — in-app purchases of Cosmic Dust are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your card or payment details.
- No analytics or usage tracking SDKs.
- No contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera access.
- No email address, phone number, or real-world identity.
2. How We Use Information
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Display name | Show who holds a leaderboard position |
| Anonymous identifier | Attribute scores to you so your best result is kept and shown |
| Scores & game stats | Operate and display the leaderboards; basic plausibility checks |
| App integrity tokens | Prevent cheating and abuse of the leaderboard |
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
3. Public Visibility
The leaderboard is a public feature. Your display name and scores may be visible to other players of the App. Please avoid putting personal or sensitive information in your display name.
4. How Information Is Shared
We share data only with the service provider that powers the leaderboard:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and App Check). Firebase stores the leaderboard data on Google’s infrastructure on our behalf. Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Firebase Privacy and Security terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the App and its users.
5. Data Retention
Leaderboard data (your anonymous identifier, display name, and scores) is kept for as long as the leaderboard remains active or until you delete it (see below). On-device data remains until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Don’t participate. You can play the full game without ever using the leaderboard, in which case we receive no information about you.
- Delete your data. In the App, go to Settings → Delete my data to permanently remove your display name, anonymous account, and all of your leaderboard scores from our servers.
- Change your display name at any time in Settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Because the only data we hold is tied to a random anonymous identifier, the in-App deletion tool is the most reliable way to exercise these rights. You may also contact us using the details below.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the leaderboard, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
Data transmitted between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the leaderboard backend is restricted by security rules and App Check. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. International Transfers
Firebase may process and store data on servers located in countries other than your own. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards as described in Google’s and Firebase’s privacy documentation linked above.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
